If your total order is below £30.00 it will be despatched through Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery on the same day (if the order is received before 2.00pm and the items are in stock) This service costs £4.50 and will be added automatically at checkout.
If the total order is above £30.00 it will be despatched through Interlink on next working day delivery service (if the order is received before 2.00pm and the items are in stock). This service costs £8.00 and will be automatically added at checkout.

Anything ordered after 2pm on a Friday wont be processed until the following Monday.

We are happy to exchange or provide a refund for any items that you are not happy with or are the wrong size. You have 30 days to make a return. Any item returned to us must be in original, undamaged condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. Please note any ice skates that have been sharpened are deemed as used and cannot be returned unless faulty.
1st class post is the cheapest method to return goods to us but we recommend you insure your package against loss. Alternatively used “Signed For” or “Special Delivery” for speed and security. Please ensure you wrap the original box carefully as this needs to be received in its original condition as well.
Return for Exchange
If you find that any purchased item does not fit, then, provided they are un-used, we are happy to exchange it for an alternative size. You will have to cover any postage costs involved and these costs are non-refundable.
Please enclose a postal order for £8.00 to cover the cost of posting the alternative size back to you. Failure to do so will delay the return of the replacement goods to you.
Return for Refund
Should you wish to return an item for a refund we will refund the full value of the item.
There will be a return to stock administration charge of £8.00 deducted from the refund. This only applies to orders over £30 inc VAT. This does NOT apply to items being exchanged for alternative items of the same value or more, as you will just have to pay the postage to have the alternative item sent to you.
Before sending any faulty items please get in touch with us by phone on 01793 781547 or using the Contact us page on our website. We can then tell you what needs to be done in order to provide you with a refund or exchange.
We will, of course, pay the cost of returning any item that is faulty or that you didn’t order. Returns of this nature can be made by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
You can return your order in its original condition, to the address above, within 30 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us.
